An Abstract of My Life
"Do something out of the ordinary" is the quote that best represents how I live life. I believe that
successful people are hard-working, goal-oriented, optimistic about the future, and not afraid to be
different. Simply put, if you do what everybody else does, then you really do not have something unique
to offer society. However, if you stand out, this offers the best opportunity to contribute to society given
your natural talents and abilities.
I'm very much an explorer of Earth. I love to experience different culture and people. I am fascinated with
languages, ethnic groups, and most of all, the different ways in which people live. Exposure to culture is
the best education a person can have, as it teaches us to be open-minded and to cohabitate peacefully.
Traveling is my passion; I've visited 55 countries and all 50 U.S. states. I love meeting new friends, and
having opportunities to visit them, anywhere in the world. I like to take the phrase "I really hope to see
you again someday" literally rather than as a soft farewell. I also tend to view the world as very small:
there is no place that can't be visited over a weekend! And above all, experiencing the wonders of Earth
has given me a remarkable appreciation for what we have.
I'm an organized, neat, and timely person. I strive to accomplish tasks and goals as efficient as possible,
and never leave anyone waiting on me. Lastly, I value my health by exercising daily and eating healthy.
I'm also a bit compulsive about cleanliness. And of course, I've never smoked nor used drugs, and rarely
drink, because the healthier I feel, the greater my optimism on what will come tomorrow. EPC
