WELCOME TO MY WEBSITE
I am the Stewart Distinguished Professor and Graduate Director of Economics at Florida
Atlantic University, Boca Raton. I am also a Senior Researcher at the Public Utility
Research Center at the University of Florida, and a facilitator for the annual FAU
International Study Tours. My research focuses on telecommunications, intellectual
property rights, and economic development, and I teach courses in microeconomics,
international trade, and game theory.
